How the VPN Meter Works
Pulse Panel uses a local VPN connection on your device to measure which streaming and entertainment apps use data. This works like a traffic counter on a road — it counts the cars (data packets) going to streaming services, but it never opens the cars to see what's inside.
The VPN runs entirely on your device. Your internet traffic is not routed through our servers. We only see metadata: which app connected to which service, and how much data was transferred. The actual content of your streams, messages, and browsing remains private and encrypted.
